Can I order by telephone?

When should I expect delivery?
If the items you require are in stock, the order will be with you in 2 - 3 working days once payment has been received.
For customers who are on account the order will be with you in 2 - 3 working days.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We are happy to send samples to you address for you to evaluate the quality of the product before purchasing.
If I am not totally satisfied with my goods, can I return them?
We offer a 100% quarantee on all of our products. If you are not totally satisfied, please return goods in original packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us by email or in writing within 48 hours of receipt. We would ask you send it back in its original packaging where a full refund will be arranged.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have placed your order and we have received it, you will have two option, first option is you will receive a phone call to enquire if you wish to make a payment by card. Second option is by agreeing to our terms and conditions you will have 30 days to send us the balance. This can be done by BACS, Cheque or by card over the phone.
